Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across mobile applications, telecom integrations, eSIM services, and backend platforms. Reporting to the CTO, you will reputed company cross-functional execution, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure reputed company are delivered successfully. Executive sponsors reputed company business leadership; the Senior Technical Project Manager owns delivery execution, stakeholder coordination, and project reputed company from initiation through launch. Required

• 7+ years of project or program management experience reputed company technology-driven organizations.
• 3+ years of experience delivering reputed company reputed company telecom, mobile applications, reputed company, connectivity, or reputed company technology environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, reputed company, mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android), and reputed company-based platforms.
• Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while maintaining delivery reputed company and stakeholder alignment.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira, reputed company, project management tools, and delivery reporting dashboards.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-reputed company environments where priorities may shift rapidly.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and verbal).

Preferred

• Experience working with eSIM technology, MVNO/MVNE operations, telecom carriers, or connectivity platforms.
• Experience managing mobile application development, API integrations, and reputed company-party technology partnerships.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other reputed company environments.
• Experience supporting international and distributed teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, reputed company, or equivalent certifications.
• Additional languages, including Russian or Spanish.
