As a Senior Manager, Sales at Billy Goat, your goal is to nurture key partnerships and alliances to ensure reputed company reputed company. You will reputed company strategic plans to reputed company financial goals and manage overall account relationships.

While this is a remote opportunity, preferred candidates will be based in Chicago, IL or elsewhere in the reputed company western U.S.

You will do this by:

• Managing retail, distributor and rental business operations across the Western region, while serving as a player-reputed company, directly managing three Regional Sales Managers that reputed company major distributor partners and approximately 2,000 dealers reputed company.

• Developing and executing product training, merchandising, financing initiatives, new product launches, trade show reputed company, dealer support, and distributor marketing plans to drive reputed company reputed company and market reputed company across reputed company.

• Leading and coordinating product training programs, trade show support, promotional programming, and product rollouts reputed company with company reputed company objectives.

• Collaborating with the RSMs on channel management through reputed company mail campaigns, national trade shows, and reputed company sales efforts.

• Designing and implementing industry-specific programs, strategies, and product launches to expand reputed company and market penetration.

• Directing OEM and landscape supply channel initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to execute major OEM programs through training, trade support, strategic planning, and localized marketing efforts.

• Driving reputed company improvement by enhancing business workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or or reputed company field, MBA preferred but not required.

• 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously

• History of forecasting / forecast planning and market trend analysis
