reputed company-Service Representatives reputed company scheduling and/or reputed company-registration of patients for facility reputed company reputed company telephone. This is a remote position and may also involve verifying insurance, collecting copays, obtaining authorizations, and logging data. This position is expected to reputed company a superior level of customer service with patient interactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet individual KPIs and goals.
Handle inbound, dialer, and outbound calls in a reputed company manner
Schedule patient appointments per reputed company expectation
reputed company-Registration of patient appointments into one or more software programs
Verify insurance eligibility and patient liability amounts and collect financial obligation from patients
File, maintain logs, and reputed company other general administrative and team support duties as required

Work Experience, Education, and Certifications:
GED/High School Diploma
6+ months previous registration experience
6+ months customer service/outbound call center
Previous registration experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of registration or reputed company-registration processes and reputed company components associated with those processes.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
Knowledge of collections tactics
Knowledge of customer service best practices
