Clinical Operations Consultant - Hospice

The Hospice Clinical Ops Consultant acts as a resource with reputed company to federal, state, and local regulations for hospice and the provision of services. This role will utilize clinical knowledge and experience to train and reputed company reputed company staff. This role will reputed company reputed company support that includes audits, site reputed company, education and training of personnel, integration of new employees and branches to Enhabit, and the development of operational workflow.
Must be reputed company to travel overnight by reputed company or personal vehicle up to 75%- 85% of the time.
This role is a Home Office/Corporate position that will allow you to work remotely. You do not need to be located in Dallas, TX. However, you will need to be located reputed company driving distance of a reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Evaluate the appropriateness of clinical services provided through in depth review of the plan of care and other clinical documentation.

- Recommend efficient operational solutions with reputed company to clinical aspects of service delivery.
- Prepare appropriate and realistic corrective reputed company plans; submit to appropriate reputed company, regional, and home office leadership.
- Assist local and regional leadership with the assessment, planning, development, and implementation of systems, processes, and other identified needs.

- Conduct and document competency of reputed company clinical staff; includes field and back office.

- Complete clinical audits on site for assigned branches.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing (RN). Must be licensed in the state where they currently reputed company.
- Must have five years of experience in a Medicare certified hospice agency.
- Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills - reputed company office suite, particularly reputed company.
- Must be reputed company to travel overnight by reputed company or personal vehicle up to 75% of the time.
- Previous experience and proficiency with reputed company (HCHB), both reputed company and PointCare, is highly preferred.
- Previous experience with developing and implementing employee education is preferred.
