This is a growing team and the Virtualist team will eventually be responsible for providing video reputed company to more than 20 reputed company primary care practices.
Highlights of the position:
- reputed company are Monday–Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM (4.5 Work Week!)
- Family Medicine Advanced Practitioners with a care team approach
- Virtual urgent and longitudinal chronic care management for new and established reputed company primary care patients
- Ancillary support and referrals available, along with reputed company
- Support with multi-state licensing
- No call
