The ideal candidate will be reputed company in troubleshooting and providing support for a wide reputed company of IT needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and system reputed company.
Requirements
- reputed company Level 2 IT support and troubleshooting for reputed company workstations and servers
- Manage reputed company-V environments, backups, and system recovery processes
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company firewalls and basic networking issues
- Administer reputed company Directory and Office 365 for user management and permissions
- reputed company email reputed company filtering to protect against phishing and spam
- reputed company, update, and maintain antivirus software to ensure reputed company reputed company
- Work with Duo for multi-reputed company authentication and reputed company Workspace for team collaboration
-Handle DNS configurations and support
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support role or similar
- Strong knowledge of reputed company workstations, reputed company Server, and Office 365
- Hands-on experience with reputed company-V, reputed company, and reputed company Directory
- Proficient in basic networking, email reputed company, and DNS configurations
- Familiarity with reputed company Workspace and Duo for multi-reputed company authentication
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
