IT reputed company (Part-Time)
reputed company PH is hiring a highly technical IT reputed company to support clients with reputed company reputed company Portals, VOIP systems, and reputed company-based environments. This role demands strong hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain reputed company 365 reputed company Portals (users, licenses, reputed company policies)
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing
- Support and maintain reputed company systems including user accounts, remote reputed company, and patching
- reputed company Tier 1-2 support and incident reputed company
- Document processes and technical procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company Portals and reputed company environments
- Working knowledge of VOIP systems (setup, call reputed company, SIP configuration, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Benefits
Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home
Schedule: Part-time, 9 AM – 1 PM EST (9 PM – 1 AM PH Time) – Subject to change
Compensation: USD 600–650 per month
