The People reputed company Execution Consultant plays a vital role in supporting the governance and execution of the reputed company People reputed company, coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring effective communication and implementation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates execution activities reputed company to reputed company People reputed company initiatives with HR leaders and operational stakeholders to maintain initiative plans, milestones, deliverables, and tracking mechanisms. Also partners with initiative owners across HR and operational teams to monitor reputed company and identify risks or dependencies
- Supports tracking and reporting of People reputed company goals, KPIs, and strategic reputed company to maintain scorecards and reporting materials in partnership with the Sr. Advisor, People reputed company Enablement and reputed company People reputed company Advisor. Uses this data to prepare materials for governance meetings, strat3egic reviews, and executive updates.
- Maintains documentation of strategic reputed company, priorities, and initiative statuses reputed company to the People reputed company to ensure alignment across HR leadership, HRBPs, Centers of reputed company, and operational stakeholders
- Assists in the development and execution of change management plans for strategic people initiatives to support stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption activities
- Drafts and coordinates communications reputed company to People reputed company priorities, reputed company, and reputed company with the HR Communications team to support development of leadership presentations, executive updates, employee-facing communications, and strategic messaging and FAQs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 4-7 years reputed company experience across a combination of HR reputed company or Operations, reputed company Execution or Program Management, reputed company Change Management, and/or reputed company Administration or Management Consulting
- Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, project management, and implementation skills
- Skilled in facilitation, consulting and relationship building
- Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to learn quickly, reason, synthesize and generalize based on information obtained
- Ability to reputed company on priorities, strategies, and reputed company
- Master's degree in Business Administration, reputed company, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field
- Experience in storytelling through data and/or developing effective executive briefs and communications
- Demonstrates experience translating business needs into analytics or data solutions
