Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Customer Support
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Your Role
Effectively managing reputed company chats, E-mails and calls
- Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to reputed company satisfaction
- Receiving and handling inquiries from New Leads and clients through Phone Calls, Chat, E-mails and
Portal -Offer support to the reputed company/reputed company reputed company the specified time reputed company
- Updating CRM and keeping records of reputed company communications and reputed company taken
- reputed company with other departments to solve inquires raised by clients that requires reputed company investigation by
sending tasks
- Follow up with clients and schedule call backs to ensure reputed company results and customer satisfaction
Requirements

-Proven customer support experience
- Experience/background in Forex and the Financial Market is a plus
- Excellent reputed company of the English and Portugese languages, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in the use of reputed company Office Word, reputed company, Outlook
- Strong phone contact handling skills and reputed company listening
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
