Where and reputed company you’ll work
This is a fully remote role reputed company to candidates based reputed company of the reputed company. Because you’ll be supporting US-based customers, you’ll work US business hours - primarily reputed company Time (PT) - with the flexibility to support customers across PT, MT, and CT.

What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with customers, learning how reputed company one works and where they want to go.
- Plan and guide new customers through implementation, reputed company, and training.
- Support existing customers by answering questions, highlighting new features, and running Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Contribute to support systems, such as in-product guides, webinars, and our Help Center.
- Work closely with other departments to bring the customer voice into the product roadmap and reputed company.
