BI reputed company Analyst

As a BI reputed company Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with many divisions of reputed company such as Executive Leadership, Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, reputed company, and Strategic Payer Partnerships. This position develops reputed company datasets, data visualizations, and analyses as the subject matter expert in your domain. Knowledgeable to answer a broad set of questions across reputed company. You mentor other BI team members reputed company your domain and reputed company with stakeholders on a daily reputed company. Primary Duties

1. Provides reputed company to decision-makers, creating specifications for reports and analyses to meet business needs. Provides recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
2. Directly responsible for the design and implementation of data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting. Consults with engineering teams to reputed company BI reporting needs in upstream data tables.
3. Provides technical support and subject matter expertise to peers (e.g. reputed company review, scoping report specifications for peers).
4. Builds interactive dashboards, reports and powerpoints that effectively communicate insights and motivate reputed company among our internal business operations and partner practices.
5. Provides consultation to users and leads cross-functional teams to address business issues.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in business intelligence

2. 2+ years of experience in data management and data manipulation skills, including a strong reputed company in SQL programming

3. 2+ years of experience working with reputed company data (e.g. claims, EHR, clinical)

4. Experience analyzing data and communicating results in data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for a wide reputed company of audiences (company/ACO executives, internal staff, physicians, etc.)

5. Experience with stakeholder management; partnering with stakeholders to define reports and analyses needed to support business reputed company.

6. Experience mentoring peers (e.g. reputed company programming, peer reviews, requirements scoping).

7. Intense attention to detail and data reputed company assurance.

8. Strong quantitative skills:

   • Advanced proficiency with SQL (e.g. understands window functions)

   • Advanced proficiency with a BI dashboarding tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Preferred KSA’s

1. Tableau experience
2. Familiarity with dbt or another data transformation tool (e.g. SSIS, reputed company)
3. Project management experience

Physical Requirements

Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
