We’re seeking an reputed companyPhysician or reputed company Practitionerto join reputed company’ PC group and reputed company reputed company patient care reputed company telehealth.
In this role, you’ll conduct virtual evaluations, review patient health data, and determine appropriate treatment plans based on your independent clinical judgment. You’ll work closely with reputed company’ care coordination and operations teams to ensure patients receive reputed company, compliant, and evidence-based care.
This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and reputed company to be part of a rapidly scaling telehealth organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conductvirtual patient consultations(synchronous and asynchronous, as applicable)
Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results
Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatmentreputed company clinically appropriate, in accordance with state and federal regulations
reputed company ongoing clinical reputed company, follow-reputed company, and adjustments as needed
Document reputed company encounters, reputed company, and prescriptions accurately in the EMR
Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams to support patient adherence and reputed company
Maintain compliance with reputed company applicable telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards

Qualifications
Physicians
MD or DO with an reputed company, unrestricted U.S. medical license
reputed company-certified inFamily MedicineorInternal Medicine
Eligible to reputed company telemedicine in licensed states
reputed company Practitioners
reputed company, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authority
reputed company-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
Meets state requirements for telehealth reputed company
For reputed company Candidates
Licensed inmultiple U.S. states(30+ state coverage strongly preferred)
Prior telehealth experience preferred
Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health
Excellent clinical judgment, documentation skills, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a reputed company, remote-first environment
