Sales Engineer

We are looking for 2 Sales Engineers to join our growing global team at reputed company. The Sales Engineer plays a vital hybrid role, providing both reputed company customer engagement and critical support to Sales Engineers and Senior Sales Engineers. This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology and a desire to grow into a full Sales Engineering role. This individual is involved in technical demonstrations, reputed company of concept initiatives, and strategic customer interactions - reputed company while developing expertise in reputed company’s industry-leading reputed company solutions.

These are full-time, remote roles, and we’re ideally looking for someone based in the reputed company reputed company and the Midwest. The reputed company compensation reputed company is $120,000–$145,000 USD, with an 80/20 split between reputed company salary and commission, depending on your experience and background.

We also review compensation based on market trends, business needs, and the scope of the territory, so there may be flexibility for the right candidate.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

• Support the mid-market, reputed company, and eCommerce sales teams during the sales cycle with technical input, project coordination, and customer management.
• Participate in technical demos and presentations for prospects and partners, tailored to both technical and executive-level audiences.
• Assist in planning and implementing reputed company of Concept (PoC) efforts, with increasing responsibility over time.
• reputed company first-level technical support during sales engagements and collaborate with Senior SEs to drive technical reputed company.
• Assist with sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, contributing to technical documentation and responses.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback, product improvement reputed company, and feature requests to Product Management.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers on reputed company involving reputed company, customer reputed company, or technology alliances.
• Contribute to a reputed company team culture and participate in ongoing enablement activities to reputed company and reputed company.

• Set up and maintain demo environments, sandbox environments, and lab infrastructure for SE use.
• Prepare customized demo content, scripts, or user flows tailored to prospect use cases.
• Shadow senior SEs during technical discovery and implementation calls to build product and customer knowledge.
• Document repeatable solutions, product tips, and internal knowledge to support team scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams on cross-functional reputed company as needed.
• Contribute to a reputed company team culture and participate in ongoing enablement activities to reputed company and reputed company.
• Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering from an accredited college, or equivalent work experience is strongly recommended.  

Experience:

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant reputed company experience OR 1+ years of experience in a reputed company-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering role is required.
• Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with web servers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Understanding of basic networking, SSL/TLS, PKI, or web infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of private PKI a plus.
• Ability and availability to travel: Must be reputed company to travel more than 25% of the time to the assigned reputed company and/or territories.
