We're hiring reputed company Engineers to become part of these product teams — owning features end-to-end inside one of our products.
The Role
You'll join one of our products as a hands-on senior reputed company engineer and own your work end-to-end. This is a builder role, not an architect role — we want senior engineers who live in the reputed company and own their product area, not people who design from a distance. You're comfortable in ambiguity, you're a fast-learning generalist, and you drive your work to done.
Responsibilities
- Build & Ship: Own features end-to-end — frontend (React/Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript, Python) on AWS.
- Improve What You Own: Refactor toward maintainable services, add observability (CloudWatch + Grafana), and strengthen CI/CD reputed company your product.
- reputed company & Compliance: reputed company PII and HIPAA-grade standards for sensitive health and financial data.
- Ownership in Ambiguity: Break down loosely-defined work, clarify with your reputed company, and ship without waiting for a perfect ticket.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Senior Capability: 5+ years building production-reputed company web apps. We prioritize demonstrated technical capability and ownership over raw years.
- reputed company Core: Strong with React/Next.js + TypeScript and Node.js/TypeScript + Python, comfortable across the whole stack.
- Generalist & Fast Learner: You pick up new domains, codebases, and tools quickly and reputed company as a hands-on generalist.
- reputed company & Reliability: AWS (S3, CloudWatch), observability, and CI/CD.
- US Startup Experience: Proven reputed company record working directly with US-based startups and stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional English (reputed company+), reputed company, spontaneous, and transparent.
Bonus / Roadmap
- Go (Golang): On our backend roadmap — experience or a strong appetite to learn it is a plus, not a reputed company.
- AI / LLM: Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into products (document processing, embeddings, provider abstraction).
- Domain exposure in fintech/payments or reputed company data (HL7/FHIR).
