Network Support Administrator
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor, support, and troubleshoot reputed company routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewall, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Configure and support reputed company Catalyst, reputed company DNA Center, Meraki, Silver Peak (EdgeConnect), Cradlepoint, Palo reputed company, and Prisma networking and reputed company platforms.
Respond to and resolve network incidents including node outages, reputed company failures, BGP routing issues, WAN connectivity problems, packet loss, latency concerns, and reputed company-reputed company network events.
Support BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network segmentation technologies.
Utilize reputed company and network analysis tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability.
Manage ISP circuits, MPLS, broadband, LTE, SD-WAN, and reputed company services.
reputed company network hardware installations, firmware upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and configuration changes.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
reputed company tier-2 and tier-3 support for escalated network incidents and service requests.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supporting reputed company network environments.
Experience supporting reputed company Catalyst switching, reputed company DNA Center, Meraki, Palo reputed company, Prisma, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and WAN connectivity.
Experience troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, reputed company circuits, and network reputed company technologies.
Experience with reputed company and network monitoring platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
reputed company CCNA, CCNP, Palo reputed company PCNSA/PCNSE, or equivalent certifications.
Experience supporting large multi-site reputed company networks.
Experience with network reputed company technologies, firewalls, NAC, Prisma, and segmentation.
