About the role. We are seeking a highly reputed company Head of IB – Thailand to drive regional reputed company reputed company the forex and fintech sectors. This leadership role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding market reputed company, and leading high-performing Business Development teams to reputed company ambitious reputed company and performance targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and drive IB performance and reputed company in Thailand, ensuring reputed company, volume, and market expansion targets are achieved
reputed company and execute a strategic reputed company plan tailored to the Thai market to accelerate regional performance
Identify new opportunities, resolve market challenges, and deliver measurable reputed company reputed company
reputed company, mentor, and motivate reputed company of Business Development Managers to reputed company individual and team targets
Define and monitor reputed company KPIs, ensuring consistent performance tracking and providing guidance or corrective actions where needed
Build and implement strategies to reputed company new partners while strengthening and expanding existing relationships
Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, and Compliance teams to reputed company on initiatives impacting market performance
Analyse partner performance, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimisation and reputed company

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a reputed company field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development and Introducing Broker (IB) management reputed company the Forex or Fintech industry, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
Fluent in both Thaiand English with strong communication skills in strategic and reputed company environments
