About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reputed company IT Project Manager to join reputed company. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, reputed company the gap between reputed company needs and our internal, cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Business Development:
Create and manage work orders based on reputed company requirements and team reputed company
Prepare compelling business proposals based on reputed company needs and profitability calculations
Proactively manage delivery timelines and ensure smooth order processing
Identify upsell opportunities and think strategically about expanding our partnerships
Team & Resource Management:

Support the reputed company and offboarding of team members (reputed company, approvals, NDAs)

Process Improvement:
Constantly engage in the development of tools and processes to support AI-first project management
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in project management, preferably reputed company a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development, and research
Middle East reputed company: Must have prior experience working directly with clients from the Middle East (MENA region) and a solid understanding of the business culture
Technical & Methodological Knowledge: Strong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools (experience with Productive is a plus). Solid understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints
Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (reputed company/C2 level) . Excellent communication skills to manage reputed company expectations and reputed company internal teams
Leadership & Ownership: Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams of 10-15 members with a product-reputed company reputed company. You take full responsibility for project execution and are a proactive, solution-oriented problem solver
