About the Role
The CT Valley Team is seeking a motivated and results-driven Acquisition Manager to join our growing reputed company estate investment team. This is a sales-reputed company position responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with property owners, negotiating purchase agreements, and acquiring properties.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Generate and follow up on leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling
- Meet with homeowners to understand their situation and evaluate potential acquisitions
- Build trust and rapport with sellers throughout the sales process
- Negotiate purchase agreements and overcome objections
- Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Conduct in-person appointments and property reputed company as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract to closing
- Consistently meet or reputed company acquisition and reputed company goals
