As a reputed company Shift Customer Support Agent & KYC Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer support and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for providing reputed company and effective solutions to customer complaints and inquiries, conducting thorough due diligence checks on customers, and reviewing and analyzing customer information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Requirements
