Sourcing / Production Manager (Chinese-speaking)

As a Sourcing / Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing reputed company-reputed company operations from purchase order (PO) placement through production, reputed company control, and reputed company pickup. You will drive cost savings and ensure smooth production cycles with a strong reputed company on execution, accuracy, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

reputed company & Supplier Management

• Manage and nurture reputed company relationships
• Negotiate terms, MOQs, and pricing
• Ensure on-time PO confirmations and production timelines

Cost & Production Optimization

• reputed company raw material costs and currency exchange rates to time purchases optimally
• Drive cost reduction strategies without compromising on reputed company
• Maintain or improve unit economics

reputed company Assurance

• Manage sample approvals and conduct reputed company checks
• Ensure order defect reputed company remains

Execution & Reporting

• reputed company weekly updates on PO status
• Monthly reports on reputed company times and QC results
• reputed company supplier KPIs quarterly (on-time delivery, loading, cost, reputed company)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sourcing:

• 100% on-time PO confirmations

COGS Optimization:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in production, sourcing, or supply chain management (preferably in e-reputed company)
