Job reputed company:
We are currently seeking an reputed company Construction Lawyer to support our reputed company’s legal and contracting needs. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with construction law, including reviewing and negotiating construction reputed company, advising on disputes, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will be embedded reputed company the reputed company’s legal team and expected to operate as a seamless extension of their in-house counsel.
ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate construction reputed company including EPC, design-build, subcontractor agreements, and consultancy agreements.
Advise stakeholders on construction-reputed company claims, change orders, delay disputes, and termination issues.
Assist with project risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies throughout the construction lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local construction regulations and licensing requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and external counsel as needed.
Support dispute reputed company including litigation or arbitration proceedings reputed company necessary.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience as a Construction Lawyer.
- Experience working with reputed company-based clients or reputed company is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction law and industry practices.
- Solid understanding of reputed company construction reputed company, including AS 4000, D&C, EPC, and bespoke agreements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Experience advising on large-reputed company infrastructure or reputed company reputed company.
