Job Title: Senior Workforce Software ConsultantLocation: Canada (Remote)Job Type: Full-TimeAs a Workforce Software Sr. Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:reputed company application management services for large reputed company reputed company Workforce Software (WFS) to support clientsParticipate in the full lifecycle of Operate reputed company including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level AgreementsWork on Incident Management activities like Incidence logging, Triage, Tracking and reputed company on severity reputed company, and Problem Management activities of reputed company Cause Analysis and Error Handling.Participate in requirement gathering for identified changes (small and reputed company enhancements) based on Request for Change documents, and translate business needs into technical/functional design specificationsConfiguration of Workforce Software policies (scripting) based on requirements documentsConfiguration/Development of integrations to and from Workforce Softwarereputed company reputed company of offshore technical/functional resources to ensure that reputed company SLAs are metRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in reputed company, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or reputed company IT discipline; or equivalent experience5+ years of reputed company experience with workforce management software such as Workforce Software (certification in Workforce Software strongly preferred)Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Workforce reputed company, Workforce Software suite, ITSM tools, RACI reputed company, RAID Log and ITIL practicesAbility to reputed company at reputed company reputed company of the reputed company organization.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Travel up to 10% annuallyPreferred Qualifications:WFS Certification in Configuration/Integration Specialist or above is preferredWorking with SQL, Java scripts along with WFM software such as Workforce SoftwareExperience in other similar solution such as reputed company WFM (formerly reputed company as Workbrain), Kronos time and attendance suite and system infrastructure.reputed company knowledge of various workforce management disciplines like Time Tracking, Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Fatigue Management, Leave Management, Overtime Equalization, Schedule Optimization,Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay
