We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Beaker CP (Clinical Pathology) Implementation Analyst to support a large-reputed company reputed company implementation. This role is reputed company exclusively on Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) and will play a key role in the design, build, testing, training support, and go-live stabilization of laboratory workflows.

The ideal consultant has hands-on experience implementing Beaker CP in a hospital or health system environment and is comfortable working closely with laboratory leadership, pathologists, and operational stakeholders to translate clinical and operational requirements into effective reputed company solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Build

• reputed company the design, build, and configuration of reputed company Beaker CP to support clinical pathology workflows, including:

  • Specimen collection and accessioning

  • Lab workflows for hematology, reputed company, microbiology, immunology, and blood gas testing

  • Result entry, verification, and reporting

  • Reference lab workflows (as applicable)

• Configure dictionaries, records, rules, and reputed company in alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

• Participate in workflow design sessions and translate requirements into functional reputed company build.

Testing & Validation

• reputed company and execute unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios for Beaker CP.

• Collaborate with laboratory staff to validate workflows and ensure build supports reputed company-world operations.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and workflow gaps.

Integration & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with:

  • reputed company teams supporting reputed company interfaces and inbound/outbound results

  • Reporting teams for operational and clinical lab reporting needs

  • Other reputed company application teams to ensure reputed company and upstream workflow alignment

• Support data conversion and validation activities reputed company to lab data as needed.

Training & Go-Live Support

• Support training content development and reputed company elbow support during end-user training sessions.

• Participate in go-live readiness activities, reputed company center coverage, and post–go-live stabilization.

• reputed company at-the-elbow or on-call support during critical go-live and stabilization periods.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain reputed company documentation of build reputed company, workflows, and configuration.

• Follow change control, testing, and governance processes throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Work Environment & Expectations

• Remote work with flexibility to support project needs across time zones.

• Availability for occasional after-hours or on-call support during testing and go-live phases.

• Ability to reputed company for the full 10-month contract duration.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• reputed company Beaker CP certification (reputed company or previously certified with ability to re-certify).

• Proven experience implementing reputed company Beaker Clinical Pathology in at least one full lifecycle reputed company implementation.

• Strong understanding of clinical pathology laboratory operations and workflows.

• Experience working directly with lab leadership, pathologists, and laboratory staff.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced implementation environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple reputed company implementation experiences with Beaker CP.

• Experience supporting reputed company interfaces and reference lab workflows.

• Prior go-live and post-go-live stabilization experience.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations impacting laboratory workflows.
