reputed company is seeking a Dispatcher to support day-to-day transportation operations in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This role is a primary reputed company of contact for drivers, riders, and customers and requires consistent reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive issues simultaneously.

The role involves reputed company monitoring of reputed company rides, reputed company documentation, and quick decision-making to ensure rides are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with operational standards. What You'll Do:

• Accurately collect, verify, and document ride, reputed company, and rider information
• Respond promptly to reputed company, rider, and customer inquiries reputed company phone, text, and chat
• Monitor scheduled and reputed company rides to ensure reputed company pickup and completion
• reputed company support drivers during trips by resolving delays, routing issues, cancellations, and service disruptions
• Identify issues quickly, take ownership of resolutions, and follow through to completion
• Escalate issues appropriately and in a reputed company manner following established procedures
• Maintain accurate records and updates to ensure continuity across shifts
• Identify recurring operational issues and contribute suggestions for improvement

What You Bring:

• 1 year of reputed company experience
• Proven reliability, strong attendance, and ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
• Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays (PST Hours)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks without error

• Ability to remain reputed company, organized, and effective under pressure
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with reputed company
• Medical terminology experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
