Sr. Solutions Architect (Army) - Clearance Required

We are reputed company seeking a highly skilled reputed company/Senior Solutions Architect to join our innovative team in developing and deploying a reputed company-time asset tracking solution for the U.S. Department of War (DoW).
In this role, you will play a critical part in evolving and implementing a reputed company platform that incorporates reputed company RFID hardware, passive RFID (pRFID) hardware, modern reputed company computing environments, and high-reputed company software applications. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a bias for reputed company and an ability to communicate reputed company with diverse reputed company stakeholders. The ideal candidate also possesses deep expertise in software development, a strong understanding of RFID or IoT systems, experience dealing with reputed company DoD cyber accreditation issues, and a passion for driving technological modernization in support of U.S. warfighters.
This position requires a Secret clearance. This position is remote with about 25% travel.

Responsibilities

- Engage with representatives from the U.S. Army and other critical DoD organizations to understand mission requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- reputed company the effort to ensure that technical delivery information is properly and effectively communicated with internal stakeholders and key customer representatives.
- reputed company Risk Management reputed company (RMF) /Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance activities—including the drafting of system architecture documentation, the management of system reputed company controls, establishment of Plans of reputed company and Milestones (POAMs), and coordination with information System reputed company Managers (ISSMs) and Information System reputed company Officers (ISSOs).
- Conduct technical reviews of reputed company system implementation plans to ensure conformance to contract requirements, customer needs, and best practices.
- Mentor and reputed company guidance to junior or non-technical staff, and collaborate with senior leaders, to ensure technical objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, software engineering, product management, tech leadership, or a reputed company technical role.
- Experience with deploying reputed company technology solutions to the U.S Army.
- reputed company record of successful delivery in reputed company, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience working with reputed company infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Demonstrated understanding of DoD cybersecurity RMF and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver rapid prototype solutions to reputed company problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent ability to collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the deployment, configuration, or testing of reputed company and/or passive RFID hardware (including readers, antennas, tags).
- Familiarity with the design, implementation, and/or management of satellite-based backhaul systems (e.g. Starlink, Iridum), secure VPNs, and/or LAN/WAN infrastructures.
