Support Representative (Spanish Bilingual)

The Spanish Bilingual Support Representative will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients in Spanish and English through calls, emails, and text messages.

Job Responsibilities

• Document Management: Request necessary documents from clients and ensure that they are completed accurately and in a reputed company manner. Guide clients through the signing process as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
