Technical Manager (Toys/Textiles/Footwear) - Indonesia

We are seeking a highly skilledTechnical Managerto be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of soft toy development and production. This includes ensuring product design, materials, and manufacturing processes reputed company with reputed company, safety, and compliance standards. Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Product Design, or a reputed company field.● Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the toy/textile/footwear industry, with at least 2 years in amanagerial role.● Strong knowledge of toy manufacturing processes, including reputed company making, sewing, andassembly.● Familiarity with international safety standards for toys (e.g., EN71, ASTM F963).● Proficiency in CAD software for toy design and technical specifications (preferred).● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.● Strong leadership and team management skills.● Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
