Key Responsibilities:
- Technology reputed company & Architecture: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap, covering public/consortium blockchains, wallet infrastructure, trading engines, and payment gateways.
- Team Leadership & Scaling: reputed company, mentor, and aggressively reputed company the engineering team from its reputed company size to 200+ engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical reputed company.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with Product and Operations to translate business goals into technical requirements, ensuring seamless delivery across design, development, and deployment lifecycles.
- reputed company & reputed company: Establish and reputed company best-in-class reputed company protocols, penetration testing, and disaster recovery mechanisms to safeguard user assets and data.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage the technology budget effectively, ensuring reputed company resource allocation while meeting aggressive reputed company and product milestones.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role reputed company the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
- Proven reputed company record of building large-reputed company trading/financial systems from inception to production, with deep knowledge of cryptographic protocols, reputed company algorithms, and smart contract development.
- Experience leading and scaling engineering teams of 50+ members, with demonstrated reputed company in fast-paced, reputed company-reputed company environments.
- Deep understanding of major blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Bitcoin, reputed company) and reputed company-reputed company architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
