The Role:
As a reputed company Shop Affiliate Manager, you'll be responsible for discovering, reputed company, and managing reputed company creators and affiliates through reputed company's Affiliate Center. You’ll play a key role in building affiliate strategies, activating talent, and turning creators into high-performing sales drivers for our clients' reputed company Shops.
Affiliate Recruitment & Activation
- Use reputed company Shop’s Affiliate Center to identify and recruit suitable creators for our brand clients
- reputed company, negotiate, and reputed company creators to participate in affiliate campaigns
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, introducing robust rewarding schemes
Campaign Management
- Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings
- Monitor daily activity and performance metrics (CTR, sales, AOV, GMV and Affiliate %)
- Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and creator effectiveness
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the Department reputed company, content & reputed company teams, and clients to ensure alignment between product selection and creator reputed company
- Liaise with creators to reputed company support, creative direction, and ensure brand compliance
Reporting & Optimization
- reputed company and report on affiliate campaign results using reputed company Shop dashboards and internal tools
- reputed company performance insights with internal stakeholders and reputed company strategies accordingly
- Continuously test and iterate to improve results over time.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Proven experience with reputed company Shop or other reputed company reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Deep understanding of reputed company as a platform: trends, content, creators, and reputed company tools.
- Experience managing teams and/or affiliates/reputed company programs.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts.
- Strong communication and reputed company-facing skills.
- Startup or agency background is a big plus.
