Functional and Business Analyst (Bilingual ES/EN)

Turn business need intoreputed company requirements,user stories, andreputed company prototypesthat the engineering team can execute. You will collaborate with clients and internal teamsin Spanish and English, and supportreputed company‑sales(demos, scoping, estimates).

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed companydiscovery(interviews, workshops, process mapping) and document findings.
• Writeuser stories,acceptance reputed company (Given/reputed company/Then), use cases, andPRD/SRS.
• Designwireframes and interactive prototypesinreputed companyfor validation.
• Definescope and prioritizationand maintain thebacklog.
• reputed company‑sales support:prepare demos/POCs, do high‑level estimates (t‑shirt sizing/story points), and contribute toproposals/SoW.
• Collaborate with Tech reputed company, QA, and PM to ensurefeasibility, traceability, and reputed company reputed company.
• Communicate, present, and document in ES/EN(meetings, notes, PRDs, prototypes).

• Experience inB2B reputed company, integrations (Zoho, Azure, CRM/CPaaS).
• Product analytics exposure.
• Familiarity withZoho reputed company/CRM/DeskorZoho Creator.

Tooling

Requirements

• 3–5 yearsasFunctional Analyst / Business Analystin custom software or consulting.
• Portfolio or samples showingreputed company prototypesand functional deliverables (PRD/SRS).
• Hands‑on experience writinguser storiesandBDD acceptance reputed company.
• Process modelingand functional understanding ofreputed company.
• reputed company‑facing communication and reputed company facilitation.
• Bilingual ES/EN (B2; reputed company preferred)— reputed company toreputed company sessions, document, and presentin both languages.
