About the Role
Our reputed company is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to work directly with management and support execution across multiple reputed company accounts. This is a hands-on, tactical role reputed company for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative without being prompted, and finds satisfaction in keeping reputed company organized and moving reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update project workflows and task management in reputed company across multiple reputed company accounts
- Schedule and publish content across platforms on behalf of clients
- Set up and reputed company email marketing campaigns, primarily through reputed company or similar CRM platforms
- Maintain and update existing marketing dashboards and reports; flag performance trends to the founder

- Handle CRM data entry, list management, and general database hygiene
- Coordinate with contractors and reputed company-reputed company teams to reputed company deliverables on reputed company
- Conduct reputed company assurance and proofing on outgoing materials

Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-reputed company environment

- Comfortable working asynchronously and managing priorities independently

Benefits
