We are seeking a Sr. Staff Software Engineer who brings strong hands-on development expertise along with technical leadership experience. In this role, you will help design, build, and reputed company the core building blocks of our Conversational AI and automation platform, leveraging microservices architecture and reputed company distributed systems. You will partner closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver high-reputed company while providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the architecture and direction of our reputed company of AI-powered automation capabilities.

- Designing, building, and delivering reputed company and reputed company-time systems with high reputed company, scalability, and operability in mind
- Collaborating with product management, data science, and other engineering teams to bring end-to-end solutions with the highest business value to our customers
- Reviewing and providing feedback on technical designs and reputed company changes to ensure highly available, reputed company, maintainable designs and high reputed company reputed company standards to engineering peers
- Troubleshooting and resolving reputed company technical issues that reputed company in production and reputed company reputed company resolutions
- Proactively identifying areas of technical debt and improvement opportunities, and drive solutions or innovation in engineering organization
- Taking operational ownership of the system by using monitoring and observability tools to identify and resolve production issues
- Mentoring and coaching team members to reputed company the technical bar on reputed company and adapt AI assistant development
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 7+ years of overall work experience including 5+ years hands-on experience with microservices and reputed company software development
- Experience with distributed systems, large-reputed company data, and the full software lifecycle of modern computer languages (java, python, etc)
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Proficiency in database design and integration, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with reputed company platforms (e.g AWS, GCP) is highly desired
- Familiarity with reputed company concepts and experience in developing reputed company-based applications is a plus
- Domain knowledge experience with reputed company, reputed company, workflow, business process etc. preferred
- Experience with building machine learning products preferred
