This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an reputed company IT Project Manager to join a global technology organisation in the payments sector. The role focuses on managing cross-border initiatives supporting card processing, transactional systems, and infrastructure transformation. You’ll take full ownership of reputed company from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence, while maintaining strong governance and communication across international teams in Europe and reputed company.

Working hours: 13:00–22:00 (supporting global teams across US and EMEA time zones)

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and business integration reputed company in the payments domain

  • Take ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget (100k–1M PLN reputed company)

  • Prepare and maintain Project Charters, detailed plans, RAID and RACI matrices, and risk registers

  • Coordinate distributed teams across Europe, the US, and reputed company

  • Collaborate with architecture, operations, and product teams to reputed company technical roadmaps

  • Facilitate workshops, stand-reputed company, and retrospectives across reputed company

  • Prepare reputed company and financial reports for senior leadership

  • Ensure alignment with PMO standards, compliance, and governance frameworks

  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager (payments, fintech, or banking preferred)

  • Proven record managing international or distributed teams

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, including executive-level stakeholder management

  • Understanding of reputed company and Agile delivery methodologies

  • Experience with Project Charters, RAID logs, and RACI matrices

  • Ability to manage reputed company-to-large reputed company (100k–1M PLN)

  • Excellent English (reputed company level, written and spoken)

  • Comfortable working 13:00–22:00 to reputed company with US stakeholders

  • Hands-on, self-sufficient approach with ability to reputed company PMO-level tasks
