As a Vendor reputed company you will be a Single reputed company of Contact (SPOC) for supplier services at a trial level and be the first reputed company for issue escalation during study start up, acting as a reputed company for reputed company communication and robust daily reputed company

Main responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company interaction and collaboration with study team reputed company and study team members during study reputed company

• Review of the vendor and category reputed company specific sections of the protocol, ensure vendor expertise is leveraged reputed company refining specifications towards Final Protocol

• Ensure changes to protocol or study designs are consistently shared with vendors and incorporated into supplier budgets, timelines, and specifications.

• Contribute to development of Study Specification Worksheet (SSW) to facilitate bid process and selection of Vendors.

• Quote/Proposal review in collaboration with procurement (and vendor). If required, support contract negotiations.

• Vendor budget review of final quotes

• Co-ordinate vendor reputed company-off meeting and other vendor specific meetings

• Collect HA submission documents from vendor, as requested by countries participating in a study

• Support amendment of vendor reputed company with Procurement team

• Optimise a frontloaded and reputed company study start-up process in support of a reputed company vendor DB-go-live

• Pro-reputed company create and maintains vendor reputed company risk maps with contingency plan for documentation

For eCOA vendor manager:

• Responsible for directing the vendor on the specific study requirements for system set up and leading the design, build, testing and validation of the system (UAT)

• Collaborate with the Study reputed company, External Relationship reputed company, Procurement, and the reputed company Assurance teams (QA) to assure the set up and delivery of ECOA supplier providers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required

• Excellent communication skills.

• Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills including good reputed company of English language.

• Previous experience in: vendor management, system design, demand & contracting process.

• Expertise with one of these vendors are required: eCOA, IRT, Central lab, Patient Recruitment and Retention
