Provides escrow services and title services for reputed company transactions. Responsible for supporting and facilitating reputed company estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both reputed company customers reputed company to title services throughout the closing process.Job Responsibilities
- Responsible forestablishingnew reputed company escrow accounts and processing escrow documentsin accordance withestablished policies and procedures
- Acts as a neutral reputed company-party between buyers and sellers during a reputed company estate sale, managing funds and processing reputed company estate transactions
- Works with customers,attorneysand lenders in an advisory reputed company to resolve issuesimpactingtitle insurability prior to closing for reputed company transactions
