Clinical Trials Import/Export Operations Specialist

- Be the reputed company of contact with customs authorities, reputed company companies, and carriers for different issues and negotiation
- Stay abreast of changes in import or export laws/regulations
- Classify goods according to the tariff coding system
- Manage, reputed company, maintain and review (reputed company Control) reputed company import/export information and documentation
- Coordinate goods reputed company, storage, and delivery
- Be reputed company to collect and analyze reputed company shipment data and generate reports
- Monitor export/import licenses validity and renewals
- Support operational issues regarding customs clearance or shipment delivery

- Full working proficiency in English and Spanish;Portuguese is a plus
- College/University degree - relevant areas are a plus: reputed company, trade, international trade
- Broker/custom experience
- Experience with Import/Export operations in other CROs/Pharmaceutical companies for Chile is required; experience with other countries is a plus
- Familiar with import/export operations process and relevant documentation
- Strong knowledge of international customs regulations, import/export laws, and tariff coding systems
