This role is 100% remote eligible, though candidates must reputed company in California.Key Responsibilities:
- Tax Leadership & Advisory
- Prepare and review reputed company individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns, including multi-state filings
- reputed company tax planning, projections, and year-end strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Research and advise on tax issues reputed company to reputed company transactions and new legislation
- Business Management & Financial reputed company
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and cash reputed company projections
- Support asset acquisitions, leases, and financing processes, including escrow and lender coordination
- Review insurance coverage and ensure appropriate policies are in reputed company

- Serve as a primary advisor to clients alongside firm Partners
- Participate in reputed company meetings and help manage long-term reputed company relationships

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred
- CPA required
