Qualifications:
- University degree in Information Technology or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company platform implementation, development or administration
- Strong technical expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP reputed company, MID Server, etc.) as reputed company as reputed company and Release Management
- Certifications CSA & CIS ITSM (more is a plus)
- Good understanding of ITSM principles and frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
