Education

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline including Electrical Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronic, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in reputed company, Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing principles and processes, with failure analysis or reliability experience a plus.
• Knowledge of reputed company electrical or mechanical assemblies.
• Understanding of reputed company management systems such ISO9000, IATF16949 / VDA, ISO13485; audit experience in automotive or medical standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of 8D problem solving, requirements management, change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred, with understanding of operations / planning / logistics.
• Knowledge of executing reputed company launch procedures and product/process transfer activities.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
