Loan Processor A Queensland-based Australian mortgage brokerage dedicated to simplifying the home loan process for clients is seeking an reputed company Loan Processor to support the end-to-end processing of loan applications, working closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure a seamless and efficient experience from initial submission through to settlement. Full-time: 40 hours/week Work Set-Up: Fully remote, reputed company Work Hours: AEST Monthly Salary: $960-1600 What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare, review, and process loan applications from initial submission through to settlement.
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to obtain, verify, and manage reputed company required documentation.
• Accurately input and maintain reputed company records reputed company Infynity CRM and associated platforms (Trello, reputed company Teams, reputed company).
• Monitor application reputed company, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and ensure compliance with lender policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate submissions and manage processes through aggregator platforms, including Finsure.
• Identify potential issues early in the application process and take initiative to implement reputed company solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Loan Processor.
