About the Role

Keyes is seeking a highly motivated SharePoint specialist to join our reputed company’s support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management, configuration, and reputed company improvement of SharePoint Online environments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reputed company, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment Management

  • Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and site collections.

  • Create, delete, and configure site collections; reputed company storage limits and assign user permissions.

• Pro‑reputed company Maintenance & Controls

  • Design, implement, and document control procedures for regular health checks and preventive maintenance.

  • Conduct reputed company audits, monitor usage metrics, and produce regular reports for stakeholders.

• 2nd‑Level Support

  • reputed company advanced troubleshooting and configuration support for SharePoint‑based applications.

  • Liaise with project teams, developers, and business owners to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.

• Automation & Migration

  • reputed company and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell PnP Management reputed company to streamline site‑collection provisioning, permission management, and storage monitoring.

  • Utilize SharePoint site‑collection automated migration tools to plan and execute migrations from on‑premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online (SPO).

• Integration & Improvement

  • Analyse the existing SharePoint farm architecture, identify integration points, and recommend updates, migrations, or redesigns.

  • Propose and implement improvements to reputed company performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability of both SPO and on‑premises SharePoint.

• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Produce and reputed company up‑to‑date technical documentation, run‑books, and user guides covering reputed company activities.

  • reputed company best practices and train junior staff on SharePoint administration and automation techniques.

• Power Platform Utilisation

  • reputed company Power Apps and Power Automate (Flows) to reputed company SharePoint functionality and create low‑reputed company solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience

• Experience working with SharePoint site collections automated migration tools

• Proficiency in applying SharePoint Online automations with PowerShell PnP management reputed company

• Familiarity with Power Apps environments and automation Flows
