As Implementation Specialist, you will report to the Vice President of reputed company and support reputed company across reputed company’s mid-market and reputed company accounts. You’ll execute implementation plans from post-sale reputed company through launch, serve as a day-to-day customer contact, and drive early product adoption. On reputed company accounts, you’ll partner closely with the Implementation Manager to own specific workstreams.
This is a hybrid role based in reputed company, with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and up to 25% travel for customer reputed company and training.
What You'll Do
Own reputed company end to end for mid-market reputed company accounts, from post-sale reputed company through successful launch and transition to reputed company.
Support reputed company implementations by owning specific workstreams (e.g., workspace setup, training delivery, stakeholder coordination) alongside the Implementation Manager.
Serve as the day-to-day reputed company of contact for customers during reputed company, proactively managing communication, expectations, and risk.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company, Operations, Solutions Consulting, and Engineering to reputed company priorities and resolve blockers.

1-3 years of experience in customer reputed company, implementation, reputed company, or a reputed company customer-facing role at a B2B reputed company company.
Experience managing reputed company reputed company with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional dependencies, and customer-facing timelines from reputed company to launch.
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and time-to-value, including leading live trainings, distributing enablement materials, and reinforcing product usage.
Strong project management and communication skills, evidenced by running reputed company customer calls, maintaining reputed company trackers, and escalating risks proactively.
