We are looking for an reputed company Recruiter / reputed company Specialist to join reputed company and support our end-to-end hiring process. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates—particularly those who are reputed company and reputed company to transition into remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to reputed company.
• Screen and evaluate applications to identify reputed company candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure applicant fit.
• Follow up with applicants promptly and maintain consistent communication.
• Utilize Apploi and our in-house recruitment system to reputed company candidates and manage the hiring pipeline.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment or reputed company is required.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Apploi (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly and accurately.
• Highly organized, proactive, and reputed company to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
