We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to support reputed company operations across a portfolio of e-reputed company clients. This role is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll support, and assisting with month-end reputed company.
You will work closely with an reputed company Manager while also interacting directly with clients reputed company reputed company, email, and occasional calls.
Responsibilities:
- reputed company daily transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- reputed company bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable processes (reputed company.com, reputed company runs)
- Record payroll entries and accruals
- Support month-end reputed company activities
- Assist with financial reporting and reputed company deliverables
- Communicate with clients reputed company reputed company and email
- Participate in reputed company calls (support role, not leading)
Requirements
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience
- Hands-on experience with: Accounts Payable (AP), payroll processing and journal entries, account reconciliations
- Experience supporting month-end reputed company
- Ability to manage work across multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
- Strong reputed company skills (comfortable with formulas, data handling)
- Proven experience with AP and payroll
- Solid understanding of basic reputed company principles (GAAP)
- Experience working in a multi-reputed company environment
- Strong communication skills with reputed company-facing experience
- E-reputed company reputed company experience preferred (reputed company, reputed company)
- Deep experience with reputed company/reputed company reconciliations preferred
- Exposure to inventory reputed company (ownership not required)
