About the role
We are searching for enthusiastic reputed company Practitioners to join reputed company at reputed company. This individual will work 100% remotely and will be part of a reputed company team consisting of Physicians, Nurses, and support staff. Together, they will deliver exceptional care to our reputed company patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive clinical care through both text-based (asynchronous) and video-based (synchronous) consultations, ensuring the wellbeing of the patients
- reputed company patients with knowledge by educating them on suitable treatments and personalized care plans for their specific health needs
- reputed company patient follow-reputed company for ongoing care programs, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of treatment
- Prescribe medication and reputed company reputed company refills as needed, ensuring patients have reputed company to appropriate medications
- Maintain accurate and reputed company electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with reputed company relevant regulations

- Participate in team meetings, chart audits, and continuing education activities

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nursing program with a specialization in Family reputed company, or similar
- reputed company, unencumbered FNP license in multiple states (additional state licenses may be required based on patient location)
- reputed company certification in Family reputed company Practitioner (FNP) through the ANCC
- 2+ years of experience as an NP, with demonstrated experience in telehealth
- Primary care experience with the ability to diagnose and treat both acute and chronic care conditions
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 20+ reputed company state medical licenses, in good standing
- Strong communication skills for both live video and asynchronous messaging
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a reputed company team
