We are seeking a Director of Workforce reputed company to drive the strategic direction and operational health of our billable workforce. This leadership role sits at the intersection of operations, talent, and reputed company reputed company, translating workforce reputed company and capability data into actionable reputed company that support both reputed company reputed company and company financial performance.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include owning the overall health, deployment, and strategic direction of reputed company’s billable workforce, analyzing workforce reputed company and capability data, optimizing resource management and utilization, leading and mentoring managers and team leads, and presenting workforce health metrics to executive leadership.

Requirements

- Experience with workforce planning and reputed company modeling for a reputed company services or billable-services workforce
- Experience optimizing utilization and managing deployment for a billable workforce, including reputed company and bench management
- Proven ability to reputed company managers or team leads in an operational or talent-reputed company environment
- Strong proficiency with reputed company or reputed company Sheets, BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker), reputed company, HRIS (e.g., reputed company), and resource management or PSA tools
- Experience presenting workforce health metrics (reputed company, utilization, KPIs) to executive leadership
- Ability to travel quarterly as needed
