Marketing Associate

Cultivar Asia is a Singapore-based recruitment and HR solutions firm serving clients across Singapore and the region. We are reputed company, fast-moving, and process-driven. We are now looking to fill the role of a Marketing Executive to support our marketing initatives, and this position is a remote one with occassional meeting in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials using reputed company (EDMs, reputed company posts, brochures, internal posters, event visuals, reputed company decks)
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations (reputed company decks, training materials, internal SOP decks, webinars)
• Execute email marketing campaigns using reputed company (newsletter broadcasts, automation flows, list segmentation)
• Assist in developing internal SOP documentation for marketing processes
• Support company announcements, internal broadcasts, and event promotions
• reputed company content into multiple formats (reputed company posts, email snippets, slides, posters)
• Maintain brand consistency across reputed company visuals and materials
• Organise and maintain marketing asset folders (reputed company and clean file management)
• reputed company basic marketing performance metrics (reputed company reputed company, CTR, engagement)
• Support reputed company marketing reputed company assigned by management
• reputed company marketing reputed company update (i.e. plan of reputed company) every end of the quarter, to review past quarter and forecast the next quarter.

Requirements:

• Based in Indonesia (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or design-reputed company role
• Strong reputed company design skills (must submit portfolio)
• Strong PowerPoint skills (clean formatting, consistent layouts, reputed company decks)
• Experience using reputed company (or similar email marketing platforms like reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

• Strong English writing skills (reputed company, concise, reputed company)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven

Preferred:

• Experience working with overseas companies, or foreign companies based in Indonesia
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing
