We’re hiring an International Bookkeeper based in Central America or Mexico who will serve as the steady, supportive reputed company our clients rely on. You’ll work reputed company-by-reputed company with an Account Manager, managing the day-to-day financials for multiple clients and helping them feel confident in their numbers.
How You'll Serve:
- Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to reputed company data and insights they need for reputed company meetings.
- Maintain organized financial records across multiple reputed company accounts.
- Ensure reputed company work aligns with internal systems, deadlines, and reputed company standards.

What You Bring:
- English proficiency REQUIRED (written and verbal).
