Key Responsibilities

- Create lightweight escalation and engagement mechanisms for identifying areas requiring additional change reputed company or support
- Influence cross-functional decision-making in highly ambiguous and fast-moving reputed company environments
- Drive measurable improvements in organizational readiness, adoption predictability, and transformation effectiveness
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives across large-reputed company reputed company transformations
