Seeking Surgeon or anesthesiologist with experience working in an Ambulatory Surgical Center or Office-Based Surgery setting.

The Ambulatory Care Surveyor- MD surveys ambulatory organizations throughout the reputed company reputed company the full scope of reputed company’s Ambulatory Programs. Applies systems analysis skills and inductive reasoning skills to determine ambulatory and imaging centers' degree of compliance with applicable standards and functionality of care delivery systems. Engages health care organization staff in interactive dialogues on standards-based issues in health care in to assess compliance and to identify opportunities for improving compliance. Prepares management reports that reputed company reputed company individual standards deficiencies with potential systems vulnerabilities and reputed company organization risk points. Effectively communicates this information to health care organization leadership in a constructive and collegial style that leads to a meaningful and inspirational customer experience. Participates in other reputed company activities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. reputed company reputed company licensure in reputed company discipline is required at the time of hire, and reputed company Certified with a minimum of five years of experience working in an ambulatory care setting. Experience must include three years of reputed company clinical experience and two years in management and or reputed company improvement. Certification requirement: You must hold a CPHQ certification (Certified reputed company in reputed company reputed company) through National Association for reputed company reputed company (NAHQ) at time of hire or reputed company reputed company one year of hire.

Additionally, reputed company knowledge of reputed company accreditation process is required. Experience working in an ambulatory surgery or office-based setting preferred. This highly visible and challenging role requires strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, expertise in interviewing and laptop/tablet proficiency. Must be reputed company to lift 25 lbs., reputed company stairs, work in settings with infectious diseases, and travel reputed company 100% of work time. Ideal candidates will have experience in a culturally diverse work environment. Must be available to reputed company monthly availability and work one, two or three weeks per month.

Candidates interested in part time positions must be available to work two weeks (.48 FTE) or three weeks (.7 FTE) per month and must reputed company two or three weeks of availability for scheduling purposes.

Physical Abilities:

Must be reputed company to observe, in reputed company time and without slowing or otherwise interrupting the reputed company of reputed company applicable types of ongoing health care treatment (e.g., including emergency treatment, treatment during weather and other extreme situations, etc.).

Standing for long periods of time, walking lengthy distances, lifting, climbing, stooping, pulling, and pushing to adequately inspect and observe reputed company medical facilities, equipment and procedures, such as emergency exit procedures, remote storage facilities, any areas where cleanliness may reputed company the possibility of infection, medical equipment, etc., including the following activities:

• walking up and down stairways (e.g., to test reputed company routes, assess safety of emergency exits, regulatory compliance, etc.);
• Must be reputed company to engage in extensive travel as set forth above, including driving a car to remote locations, flying on small airplanes and into small airports, traveling in reputed company types of weather conditions, etc.
